Qualification: Any Graduate; Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred. Experience: 2 to 5 years



Industry: Educational Supplies, E-commerce, or FMCG



CTC: As per Industry Standards

Skills Required:



? Expertise in conducting 100% Order QC Checking with a keen eye for detail.



? Proficiency in Tracking Daily Errors and categorizing them for analysis.



? Strong knowledge of RMA Tracking from a quality perspective to identify failure trends.



? Ability to use checklists, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and other tools for validation.



? Basic analytical skills to understand error patterns and suggest improvements.



? Effective communication skills to report discrepancies and liaise with operations teams.



? Integrity and a rigorous commitment to quality standards.



Job Purpose



The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that every order dispatched to our partner schools meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality. This role is the final checkpoint before shipment, conducting 100% order verification, meticulously tracking errors to their root cause, and managing the quality aspect of the Returns (RMA) process. The purpose is to uphold our commitment to reliability, minimize returns, and protect the company's reputation for excellence.



Key Responsibilities:



1. 100% Order Quality Control:



? Perform 100% quality checks on all orders (kits) before they are dispatched, ensuring they match the schools pecific checklist and Bill of Materials (BOM) exactly.



? Verify the accuracy of quantities, product types, editions, and overall packing quality against the order requirements.



? Physically inspect products for any damage, defects, or incorrect branding before packaging.



2. Daily Error Tracking & Analysis:



? Meticulously record and categorize every error found during the QC process (e.g., wrong item, wrong quantity, damaged product).



? Maintain detailed daily logs of errors, their types, and the operators/packers involved. ? Analyze error trends on a daily and weekly basis to identify root causes and common failure points.



? Share daily error reports with the Operations/Team Lead to facilitate immediate corrective action and targeted training.



3. RMA Tracking & Analysis:



? Be the primary quality point of contact for the Returns (RMA) process.



? Inspect all returned items from schools to verify the reason for return and determine if it was due to a quality or fulfillment error.



? Accurately log the root cause of each return in the system (e.g., shipping damage, wrong item sent, missing item, product defect).



? Generate regular reports on RMA reasons to highlight recurring quality issues and work with the operations team to prevent them.



4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:



? Prepare and present clear daily and weekly QC reports on pass/fail rates, error types, and RMA trends.



? Provide constructive feedback to the packing and kitting teams to help them improve accuracy.



? Support the development and improvement of QC checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall quality.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
