Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
gold jewellery manufacturing processes
(casting, bench work, assembly, stone setting if applicable, polishing, and finishing).
Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mind-set.
Ability to identify defects and recommend practical corrective actions.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to maintain systematic quality records and inventory logs.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / ITI / Any degree related to jewellery manufacturing or production (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in gold jewellery quality control or production (experience as a supervisor is an added advantage).
Hands-on knowledge of jewellery QC tools, parameters, and inspection standards.
