Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location- Pune

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular quality inspection & assessments on all stage of the materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

2. Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.

3.To perform in process inspection and final inspection .

4.Report to seniors about non conformity of the products.

5. Maintain records for inspection .

6.Measure product dimensions with all type of measuring Instrument & examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

7. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

8. Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

9. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

10.Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

11. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

12. Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines

13.Responsible for sharing Kaizens & continual improvement.

14. Responsible for 4M record updating.

Any other work assigned by the Seniors.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1.Technical skills - to understand technical documents, manuals, and blueprints to ensure that products meet the correct standards

2.Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, ETC.

3.Good knowledge of vernier, micrometer.

4.Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

5.Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed

6.Fluent in Languages - English, Hindi, Marathi.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
