Job Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Inspections
Perform Inward, In-Process, and Final inspections as per QIR.
Verify materials with draft GRN and update QC findings.
Segregate accepted/rejected materials and maintain test certificate records.
Coordinate third-party inspections and reject non-compliant lots.
In-Process & Final Inspection
Hold production/dispatch in case of rejection and coordinate corrective actions.
Re-inspect and approve materials after corrective action.
Calibration
Maintain instrument list and calibration plan.
Verify calibration certificates and replace non-compliant instruments.
Recommend new gauges and measuring tools.
Customer Complaints
Identify root causes for customer issues and implement corrective actions.
Verify effectiveness and close complaints with proper communication.
Supplier Quality
Prepare supplier rating based on quality & delivery.
Review inward QC data and request corrective actions from suppliers.
Submit quality improvement reports to management.
Analysis & Improvement
Prepare monthly rejection/rework reports.
Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement with Production & Dispatch.
ERP Activities
Update Item Master, BOM, and QC data in ERP.
Audits & Compliance
Support ISO, customer, and third-party audits.
Ensure documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate customer audits, inspections, and third-party inspections.
Ensure compliance with all certification and inspection standards

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
