Position - Quality control Executive

Qualification - Civil Engineering

Location - Baner,Pune

Experience - min 2 yr exp in Quality check in construction/civil industry

1. Quality Control:

- Inspect and verify the quality of materials/products according to specifications and standards.

- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies to the concerned team.

2. Dispatch Schedule and Follow-up:

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

- Follow up with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any issues.

3. Stock Management:

- Verify that stock personnel issue materials according to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- Ensure that stock levels are accurately maintained and updated.

- Verify product weight as per BOQ and physical weight, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

4. Factory Maintenance:

- Oversee and ensure regular maintenance of factory equipment and facilities.

- Identify and report any maintenance issues to the concerned team.

5. Quality Lab Management:

- Set up and manage the in-house factory Quality Lab.

- Conduct sample testing for inward and outward materials.

- Submit test reports to the Factory Manager.
