Job Summary:

The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products processed or packaged meet company quality standards and food safety regulations in real-time during production. This role involves constant monitoring, inspection, and documentation to support compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor online production processes to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards. Conduct real-time quality checks (weight, temperature, appearance, packaging, labelling, etc.) during production and packaging. Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products on the production line. Identify and report deviations or non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are being followed across the production floor. Maintain proper documentation of all quality checks and records as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with production, maintenance, and sanitation teams to ensure quality consistency. Assist in internal audits, GMP checks, and preparation for external inspections (FSSAI, customer resolution, etc.). Escalate quality issues to supervisors promptly to prevent food safety risks or customer complaints.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc./B.voc / B.Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field. Experience:- 3-4 years of experience in QA/QC in the food processing industry Good understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI), HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000. Familiar with use of basic lab/testing equipment and documentation practices. Attention to detail, strong observational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work in shifts and production-floor conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
