Job Description

:

To carry out testing and inspections for controlling products quality according to Quality Plan.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities -

Inspect incoming, inprocess & finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards

Conduct inspection at Vendor premises if required

Fill inspection reports in defined formats

Holds non-conforming products and reports to reporting manager

Follows additional QC related tasks as required.

Create tests for quality control of products.

Verification of mechanical drawings

Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications

Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives

Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions

Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products

Involve in problem solving and corrective - preventive actions.

Required Skills- Observational, Analytical, Technical

KEY Performance Indicators- - Good communication skills - Keen observation on specification - Reliability and hardworking character

Competency- Able to read product specification and follow inspection plan.

BASIC Qualification -

BE / Diploma in Mechanical

Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards

Good knowledge about industry products and processes

Experience:

Quality Control Inspector: 2-3 years (Preferred)
