Use various tools and equipment to measure and test product specifications and performance.
Record and analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Review and update quality control procedures and documentation as needed.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to prevent defects and ensure consistency.
Problem Solving:
Identify quality issues and investigate their root causes.
Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement corrective actions and improvements.
Maintain accurate records of non-conformances and corrective actions taken.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance incidents.
Maintain and organize quality control records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving quality control processes.
Training and Development:
Assist in training production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality within the team.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during inspections and testing.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
PG MSC Food Science & Technology , or a related field (preferred)
