Quality team provides unique value addition in terms of ensuring quality delivery of Titan retail stores by all stakeholders. The Quality managers (QM) in the region plays a key role in implementation of the quality standards across all the store formats happening at the regions.
The QM job involved in carrying out a detailed quality audits (QC) covering both WIP projects (including Civil, Interior, Services) & Fixtures (loose furniture including production / installation) & also on the completed stores. The audits will cover both the company and franchisee driven retail projects. The work scope including releasing project wise Non-compliance reports (NCR) with quality scores to all stakeholders involved.
The scope of works including consolidating vendor wise repeated issues / identifying the root cause of the issue and come up with possible solution along with stakeholders & get this implemented. Coordinating in carrying out extensive training to all stakeholders in the region.
Job Involve extensive travel, managing various stack holders, exposure work in challenging situations and carrying all types' of people in achieving a common goal of delivering an enhanced customer experience including meeting the Brand STDs across all Titan retail stores.
Internal Interfaces - Regional retail sales teams, IRSG design, execution & Quality team members etc...
Process Contribution - Quality Audits (QC), Non confirmation reports (NCR's) & Project wise Score cards, Covering all formats of retail store projects & completed stores.
