The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for conducting regular audits of VMER and VG calls to ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily audits of VMER and VG calls to ensure adherence to internal quality benchmarks and insurance company guidelines.
Identify and document errors, deviations, and areas of improvement related to communication quality, data accuracy, scripting, and process compliance.
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to team leaders and relevant team members to support continuous performance improvement.
Maintain and update quality dashboards, audit reports, and logs as per company standards.
Participate in regular calibration sessions with the operations team to maintain alignment on quality expectations.
Stay updated on evolving insurance industry regulations and company SOPs for accurate and relevant auditing.
Uphold strong confidentiality and data security practices while handling sensitive call or customer-related information.
