Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in a laboratory setting.

? Design and conduct analytical tests to evaluate the chemical and physical properties of products or materials.

? Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

? Analyze and report on test results, including deviations from expected results and any corrective action taken.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

? Maintain documentation and records of all tests performed, including results and procedures used.

? Collaborate with production teams to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.

? Conducting tests and analysis on products and raw materials

? Identifying and troubleshooting potential issues in the manufacturing process

? Providing feedback on product quality to management

? Ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations

? Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all tests and analysis conducted

Skills and Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.

? Experience working in a quality control role within a laboratory environment.

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.

? Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

? Experience with regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and GMP.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Salary scale:

15000-25000
