Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in a laboratory setting.


Design and conduct analytical tests to evaluate the chemical and physical properties of products or materials.


Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.


Analyze and report on test results, including deviations from expected results and any corrective action taken.


Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Maintain documentation and records of all tests performed, including results and procedures used.


Collaborate with production teams to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.


Conducting tests and analysis on products and raw materials


Identifying and troubleshooting potential issues in the manufacturing process


Providing feedback on product quality to management


Ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations


Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all tests and analysis conducted

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.


Experience working in a quality control role within a laboratory environment.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.


Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.


Experience with regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and GMP.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Salary scale:

15000-25000
