Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, motors, drives, transformers, and control panels.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, VFD, DCS, and instrumentation systems used in chemical process control.
Monitor and optimize energy usage; implement power-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety and environmental regulations.
Supervise electrical technicians and coordinate with production and instrumentation teams.
Maintain documentation such as single-line diagrams (SLDs), maintenance records, and inspection reports.
Assist in electrical system upgrades and automation projects.
Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical.
8to10 years of experience in a chemical, pharma or process manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgear, DG sets, motors, and industrial power distribution.
Familiar with PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley), DCS systems, and SCADA.
Understanding of hazardous area classifications and explosion-proof equipment (Ex-rated).
