Job Title: Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Quality Control
Location: Chennai
Working Days- 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain QC processes (FAI, APQP, PPAP, etc.) meeting customer & AS9100 requirements.
- Inspect sheet?metal, machined parts and special processes (anodizing, plating, painting, powder coating, welding, brazing).
- Apply GD&T, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen, Poka?Yoke and other QC tools.
- Lead problem?solving using 8D, DMAIC, 5?Why, fish?bone diagrams.
- Prepare work instructions, ensure documentation flow, and support internal/external audits.
- Participate in supplier qualification and technical audits.

Experience & Skills:
- 5?7?years in Quality Control/Assurance, preferably aerospace or high?precision metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AS9100/NADCAP.
- Hands?on with sheet?metal and machined component inspection.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Good people?management and stakeholder?relationship skills.

Qualifications:
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (experience may compensate for a diploma).

Pay: ?50,394.96 - ?55,955.01 per month
