Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

About Company: Sheet Metal fabrication and Assembly

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain

quality control systems

and procedures for sheet metal and appliance manufacturing. Conduct

in-process inspections

,

final product checks

, and ensure compliance with design and performance specifications. Perform

incoming material inspection

(raw materials, sheet metal, components, etc.) and ensure vendor quality. Find and record any defects or issues and work with the production team to fix and prevent them. Coordinate with the production, design, and purchase teams to solve quality problems. Keep records of inspections, test results, and equipment calibration.
Skills

Good knowledge of measuring tools like Vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge. Basic understanding of

ISO 9001 quality systems

. Knowledge of

fabrication, welding, painting/powder coating, and assembly

processes. Able to use

MS Office

; knowledge of

CAD drawings

is an added advantage. Good at

problem-solving, communication, and analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,393.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
