Quality Control Executive - Machine Manufacturing Industry

Experience Required:

2 - 3 years in Quality Control (preferably in Machine / Equipment Manufacturing)

Salary:

?18,000 - ?20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished machines. Use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy. Check welding quality, surface finishing, and alignment of components. Ensure machines meet industry and company quality standards before dispatch. Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and inspection reports. Work closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene requirements (food-grade standards preferred).

Key Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. 2 - 3 years of experience in QC within a machine or equipment manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection methods, QC tools, and documentation. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with food-grade machinery standards will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
