Job Description

We are looking for a

Quality Control Engineer

to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing testing procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing. As a key member of the team, the QC Engineer will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Product Quality Assurance

: Oversee the quality control process from raw material inspection through to final product testing, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

Testing & Inspection

: Conduct regular inspections and testing of parts and final products such as doffing machines, spinning systems, and other automation equipment.

Defect Identification

: Identify and resolve product defects or non-conformities, documenting findings and working with the production team to correct issues.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, quality issues, and actions taken. Prepare regular quality reports for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Educational Background

: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or automation, with exposure to the textile or engineering industries.

Software Proficiency

: Familiarity with quality management software, as well as basic knowledge of design and manufacturing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Team Player

: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality results.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
