Job Description
- Responsible for customer complaints closing and 8D preparation.
- Should have experience in Customer audits.
- Knowledge in making PPAP Documents for the new developments and for the revised drgs.
- Should have experienced in QMS documents Control plan,FMEA,MSA,SPC,PFD,APQP etc..
- Should maintain IATF related documents for Audit.
- Coordinating with suppliers to solve the Quality related issues.
- Internal gauge calibration and monitoring
- Daily internal rejection analysis and PPM monitoring
- Should be able to handle measuring instruments like Vernier caliper,Micrometer,Profile projector,CMM,Brinell hardness tester etc..
- Must be have experienced from CNC,VMC,Press machine shops.
