candidate Prefer. Coordinate with senior management, HODs, and admin for timely issuance of raw material POs with proper approvals. Manage and monitor mix design efficiency, rejection control, and submit monthly performance reports. Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide competitive pricing proposals for RMC grades. Negotiate and finalize pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Address client complaints and feedback with effective technical resolutions within defined timelines. Plan and coordinate daily production and dispatch schedules in alignment with logistics and client needs. Develop, test, and maintain standard mix designs to meet diverse project specifications. Schedule and oversee duties of field staff, lab assistants, and QA/QC personnel. Ensure timely calibration of lab equipment and maintain calibration and stock registers. Manage raw material and admixture procurement based on plant requirements and inventory levels. Maintain records for trial mixes, rejections, diversions, and production as per documentation standards. Prepare monthly stock reports for all raw materials and lab equipment inventory. Ensure compliance with QCI audit and BMC registration requirements, including documentation and standards. Coordinate with plant maintenance teams to ensure equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition. Support business development efforts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain strong client relationships.
