Quality Control Engineers ensure products meet specifications through systematic testing, inspection, and process monitoring in manufacturing environments like granite/quartz countertops. They develop quality standards, conduct audits, perform root cause analysis on defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects and dimensional accuracy.
Monitor production processes using statistical tools (SPC) and create detailed reports on quality metrics.
Collaborate with production teams to identify issues, recommend improvements, and verify supplier quality
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Civil preferred) with 2-5 years in manufacturing quality control.
Proficiency in measurement tools (Vernier,calipers)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry standards.
