Job Description

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001 Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards
