Supervise and perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and final products.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures and processes.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Procurement to resolve quality challenges.
Lead continuous improvement activities and kaizen projects for quality department.
Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, including audits and nonconformance reports (NCRs)
Facilitate and coordinate customer inspections.
Monitor quality KPIs, conduct data analysis, and provide reports to senior management.
Lead and promote 5S and workplace organization activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Desired Skills and Competencies: o Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering. o Experience: 5-8 years in a Manufacturing / Engineering company in a similar role. o Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques o Good knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems. o Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools o Skilled in statistical analysis and quality reporting. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
