Job Summary:
The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all automotive components and assemblies meet company and customer quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and monitoring production processes, identifying non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process and final inspection of automotive components and assemblies.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and standards.
Perform dimensional inspection.
Monitor and control non-conforming products, ensuring proper segregation and disposition.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality awareness.
Support supplier quality development and incoming inspection of materials and components.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards.
Hands-on experience in using measuring instruments and gauges.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
