Job Responsibilities:

Inspect Tool Room parts: mould bases, cores, cavities, inserts, electrodes, die components.

Use measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, CMM/VMM

Read and understand 2D & 3D engineering drawings and GD&T.

Prepare inspection reports in MS Excel and maintain QC documentation.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection for plastic and metal components.

Highlight quality issues and coordinate with Production/Tool Room team.

Support mould/die trials and verify corrections and fitment.

Skills Required:

Strong Tool Room inspection knowledge

Good measuring instrument handling

Good drawing reading skills

MS Excel knowledge

Basic English communication
