We are looking for a

Quality Control (QC) Engineer

with

3+ years of experience

in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in

quality inspection

,

audit handling

, and

leading a small QC team

. The person should be capable of maintaining product quality as per company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

in-process, incoming, and final inspection

of products Lead a small

quality control team

on the shop floor Maintain quality reports and inspection records Handle

internal and external audits

(ISO, customer audits, etc.) Prepare and maintain

Quality Control documents

like control plans, check sheets, and inspection reports Ensure products meet

quality standards and customer specifications

Identify and report quality issues and take corrective actions Maintain clean and safe work environment in QC area

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in QC department of a manufacturing company Strong knowledge of

quality inspection tools and techniques

Experience in handling

audits and documentation

Leadership skills to guide and manage junior QC staff Ability to read engineering drawings Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to

ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

systems Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen Problem-solving and root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone) Good communication and team coordination
