Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards
and comply with industry regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail,
and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to
ensure compliance with specifications.

Perform quality tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipment.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.

Identify defects and non-conformance issues, and report findings to the production team.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and
improve processes.

Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is
preferred.

years of experience in quality control or a related field.

Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO
standards).

Familiarity with inspection and testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector, Six Sigma Green Belt).

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
