We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Quality Control Engineer/Manager

from a residential construction background to ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, specifications, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in civil construction, finishing, and materials, with hands-on experience in high-rise or villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of construction (structural, finishing, and services). Conduct regular inspections of site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and IS standards. Review and verify incoming materials quality through proper testing and documentation. Prepare and maintain quality assurance reports, inspection checklists, and test records. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to ensure quality standards are maintained. Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely corrective actions. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards at the site. Conduct training sessions for site teams on quality procedures and construction best practices. Maintain liaison with third-party testing agencies and consultants.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of construction materials, mix design, concrete works, waterproofing, and finishing standards. Knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC documentation, and testing procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QA documentation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain site discipline regarding quality practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
