Update daily work, cross check with the schedule and check any work delay -communicate the reason.
Quality check of all work executed at site.
Quality check (randomly) of all inward materials M sand, material like steel, tiles, timber, doors, windows etc.
Verifying that all reports are maintained such as soil test report, concrete cube result, steel test report, cements test report, pile load test report, bulk material test report etc.
Periodic verification of work executed at site are relevant to the drawing.
Monitoring & dealing with Architect to get drawings on time as per our drawing tracker and issuing GFC drawing to site.
Verification of check list implementation at site.
Checking the works executed at sites are as per the checklists of that particular item.
To ensure that each and every item of works getting executed at sites are as per approved work sequences.
RMC & Site mix quantity check. Such as slump, cubes, proportion, W/C ratio etc.
To ensure that the cement mortar once mixed for any item of works is consumed with in the initial setting time of cement and also the mixing being done is in correct ratio.
Taking measurements from CAD drawings as and when required.
Handing over of finished apartments after quality check to marketing department.
Maintaining records related to quality and safety.
