Bhim Industries Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of sheet metal stampings and machined components, is seeking a skilled

Quality Control Engineer

to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role involves inspection, documentation, quality system maintenance, and coordination with production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect in-process and finished sheet metal and machined parts using precision instruments (e.g., Vernier, micrometer, height gauge). Ensure parts conform to engineering drawings and specifications. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation as per ISO 9001 / IATF 16949. Identify non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in PPAP, control plans, and other quality documentation. Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments. Train operators on basic inspection and quality procedures. Support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the sheet metal industry. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, and 7 QC tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and MS Office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
