The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear panels with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. This includes planning and executing inspection, testing and documentation throughout the manufacturing and assembly processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering, manufacturing principles. Responsibilities ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuous improvement, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective Product to customer.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for LV switchgear panel manufacturing.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of electrical panels, wiring, control systems, and mechanical enclosures.
Verify compliance with IEC, SASO, SEC, and other applicable standards.
Review design drawings, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams to ensure alignment with customer and project specifications.
Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and coordinate with third-party inspectors or client representatives.
