:

Quality Supervisor Sheet metal, heavy fabrication, Painting, Powder, coating, Laser cutting, Bending, Welding process. Experienced candidate. required for manufacturing company of painting and coating systems Required for manufacturing company of painting and coating systems Paint booth, Powder coating booth, Ovens, Short blasting, project base fabrication. 1. Develop and implement test and inspection processes for incoming materials, work in process and finished devices, including all necessary validation and qualification activities. Perform document control activities including processing, review, approval and filing of quality records including inspection and device history records and design history files.

2. Participate in the development and maintenance of product risk and hazard analysis and management for multiple projects.

3. Identify manufacturing and development constraints. Work with management and technical staff in performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to preclude recurrence.

4. Prepare regular performance report for Quality Management System, Operations, and project development. Maintain and associated databases and design report to reflect management input and changing organizational needs.

5. Assist in the performance and documentation of internal and external audits in accordance with internal and supplier auditing schedules. Respond to audit findings by proposing and implementing necessary corrective actions.

6. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.

7. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.

8. Manage suppliers' performance and conduct audits.

9. MIS, ISO , kayzen , reporting and documentations

10. Good knowledge about welding, fitting, finishing, powder coating and painting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
