Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil engineering works (e.g., concrete works, structural works, earthworks, finishing works). Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Conduct site inspections, tests, and measurements; coordinate with laboratories for material testing when required. Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality-related documentation, inspection reports, test results, and records. Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, safety regulations, and project quality plans. Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in reviewing method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related discipline. Minimum

3 years of experience

in quality control/quality assurance within civil engineering or construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards, and inspection procedures. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI, or equivalent). Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and reporting tools). Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. Certification in QC/QA or related training is an advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
