Job Summary:

The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and processes meet defined quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and working closely with production and design teams to maintain high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional testing as required. Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records. Identify defects, non-conformities, and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with ISO/industry quality standards and company policies. Support internal and external audits. Train production staff on quality awareness and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering field. 2-5 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance (manufacturing, construction, or relevant industry). Strong knowledge of QC tools, measurement instruments, and testing procedures. Familiar with ISO standards, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma (preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and QC software/tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
