Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction activities. Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction methods at every stage. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and safety norms. Monitor third-party testing of concrete, steel, soil, and other materials. Maintain QA/QC documentation, daily reports, test reports, and NCR logs. Ensure the quality of shuttering, RCC, masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishing works. Coordinate with project engineers and contractors to rectify deviations. Verify material quality before use and approve/check sample submissions. Liaise with clients/consultants during site audits or inspections. Support in training site teams on quality standards and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-8 years of experience in quality control within the civil construction sector. Strong understanding of IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and testing protocols. Familiar with third-party testing coordination and report analysis. Good reporting and documentation skills (MS Excel, Word, PDF). Able to manage multiple site inspections and enforce quality compliance. Languages: Hindi & Marathi mandatory; English preferred.
