Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly disciplined and detail-oriented Quality Controller

based in

Gurugram

, with a sharp eye for quality and absolute adherence to

buyer requirements and delivery timelines

. This is a

high-responsibility role

, requiring ownership, accountability, and independent execution across

AR/VR, AI technology, software, videos, presentations (PPTs), and digital deliverables

.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure

100% compliance with buyer requirements

, specifications, and quality benchmarks Perform end-to-end

quality checks

on: AR/VR content and experiences AI-based technology outputs Software builds and demos Videos, presentations (PPTs), and digital assets Take

full ownership of quality

before final delivery--no excuses Maintain

detailed work records

, quality logs, revisions, and approval trails Coordinate and manage

internal teams, external vendors, and buyers

Identify gaps, errors, and risks proactively and ensure timely correction Enforce quality norms, SOPs, and delivery standards across all projects Independently handle projects from review to final sign-off Provide

regular, structured reports to the CEO

on quality status, risks, and performance

Accountability & Performance Terms

Any

quality failure, deviation from buyer requirements, or delivery error

will attract a

penalty of USD 20 per instance

The candidate must

strictly adhere to company norms, timelines, and quality standards

On-time delivery with zero errors is mandatory

Consistent high-quality performance

will be rewarded with

monthly performance-based bonuses

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong overall understanding of:

AI technologies

Software development processes

AR/VR content creation and workflows

Design, video, and presentation quality standards

Proven ability to

handle teams, vendors, and buyers professionally

Excellent

attention to detail and quality orientation

Ability to work

independently under pressure and tight deadlines

Strong

decision-making and problem-solving skills

Fluent English

(spoken and written) is mandatory Must be
