Position: Quality Control & Dispatch

Location: Manpada, Near R-Mall, Thane

Gender Preference: Male

Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical preferred)

Experience: 3-4 Years

Salary: ₹17,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on responsibility-taking ability)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

2. Conduct in-process inspection of parts and components to identify deviations.

3. Prepare and maintain standard inspection reports before dispatch.

4. Verify that all parts conform to manufacturing drawings before being sent for surface treatment or heat treatment.

5. Coordinate and plan weekly dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery.

6. Handle final inspection and packing of approved components.

7. Communicate effectively with production and store teams to maintain smooth operations.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.

2. Proficient in using inspection instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Depth Micrometer, Slip Gauges, and Digital Height Gauge.

3. Ability to prepare inspection documentation as per customer and company requirements.

4. Experience in dispatch coordination and quality control in a manufacturing setup.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills with a responsible attitude.
