Conduct routine chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished rubber products.
Ensure samples meet required specifications, standards, and quality parameters.
Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
Assist in the investigation of product quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure process and product quality compliance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skill - Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience
in a rubber, polymer, or chemical manufacturing industry. ( Freshers can also Apply).
