Job Description

Performing laboratory analysis right first time of RM/PM/SFG and FG. Making of records and analysis protocols. Testing of chemicals by manual and instrumental method. Coordination with production team for Product plaining for the manufacturing, which are going to come for testing on day-to-day basis. Preparation of laboratory reagents and samples, standardisation, operation of instruments; data analysis; preparation of analytical repots; notebook documentation. Analysis of chemicals through ICP-MS and IC instrument along with calibration records, inventory of working standards, Inventory of misc. equipment used for analysis and gases stock status. For instrument working, coordination with instrument engineer for any breakdown or any other requirements related to instrument. Use only current SOPs, Format for keeping records. Maintain Glassware stock, Chemicals required and miscellaneous items used for lab Work under direction provided by supervisor and other duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned by management as needed Support regulatory inspections ISO and customer audits Support of various stability study protocols and execution of study tests
