Key Responsibilities:
? Listen to and evaluate recorded calls based on defined quality parameters.
? Assess process adherence, communication standards, and customer handling.
? Prepare daily/weekly quality audit reports and maintain data in Excel.
? Share feedback through structured mail communication to respective counsellors and
team leads.
? Support process orientation and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
? Participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation standards.
? Coordinate with operations and training teams to drive consistent quality
performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
