Responsibilities and duties

Conduct audits:

Perform regular audits of the dispatch process and related documentation to check for compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Monitor and inspect:

Inspect products for quality assurance before they are dispatched and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Develop procedures:

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols for the dispatch team.

Investigate and resolve issues:

Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis for defects, and work with the dispatch team to implement corrective actions.

Report findings:

Document audit findings, maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, and prepare detailed reports for management.

Ensure compliance:

Ensure the dispatch process complies with all applicable regulatory and internal quality standards.

Provide training:

Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.

Collaborate with teams:

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
