Role Summary:

As a Franchisee Training Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of franchisees. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including franchise owners, corporate trainers, and subject matter experts, to design training curricula that cover all aspects of the franchise operation.

Role Responsibilities:



Training Program Development:

Design and develop training materials, manuals, and online courses that cover all aspects of food preparation, safety, and customer service.

Implementation and Delivery:

Conduct training sessions for new and
existing franchisees and their teams, ensuring all participants understand

and adhere to company standards and procedures.

Ongoing Support:

Provide continuous support and coaching to franchisees,
addressing any training-related issues and offering solutions to improve

performance and compliance.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training
programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the highest

standards of food quality and service.

Compliance:

Ensure all training programs meet local, state, and federal
food safety regulations and guidelines.

Performance Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators(KPIs)
related to training effectiveness, food quality, customer satisfaction and

compliance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including operations,
marketing, and human resources, to align training initiatives with overall

company goals and strategies.

nnovation:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food
service training and incorporate new methods and technologies into

training programs.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills):



Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of progressive Training experience including training managerial responsibilities, preferably within a FMCG Company. Comprehensive knowledge of QSR Models and food service training Exceptional leadership skills, Team handling skills, Good communication skills, Mentor skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving organizational goals. Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
