The unit is undergoing quality system upgrades and export readiness processes, aiming to meet both domestic and international standards of food safety and product innovation.

We're looking for a QC Microbiology Associate to run our factory lab and ensure every batch meets gold-standard food safety, hygiene, and microbial quality norms. If you're passionate about food safety, lab work, and want hands-on experience in a live production environment, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Lab Work
Test food & water samples for microbial load and contamination
Run daily swab, hygiene, and environmental tests
Handle culturing, plating, incubation, and colony counting
Use lab equipment: incubators, autoclaves, laminar airflow, pH meters, pipettes
Compliance & Cleanliness
Follow SOPs and PPE strictly
Maintain logs for temperature, humidity, and cleaning
Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ZED, HACCP)
Flag hygiene non-compliance or test failures immediately
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily QC logs and basic lab reports
Coordinate with production and quality supervisors
Track trends in test results and flag anomalies
Be a team player during batch processing and packaging days
What You Must Have
Solid grip on food microbiology lab techniques
Hands-on experience with pH meters, incubators, autoclaves, laminar airflow, micropipettes
Good hygiene practices and a sense of responsibility
Willingness to work flexible shifts and high-speed environments
Bonus If You Have
Basic knowledge of HACCP & GMP
Prior work experience in a food or beverage lab
Can communicate clearly with both lab and production teams
Comfortable using Google Sheets or digital QC logs
