Collect samples during key production stages
Analysis of Moisture / Crude protein / Fat /FFA/ Ash / Sand/TVBN and such other parameters including microbiology
Maintain lab records and production batch logs.
Ensure traceability through accurate sample and batch documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly QC reports.
Follow HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other food/feed safety protocols.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Assist in hygiene monitoring and pest control documentation.
Postgrad degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Fisheries, Microbiology, or related discipline
5 and above years in a quality control role (preferably in food or feed manufacturing
Exposure to fish odors condition.
Involve shift work or weekend duties during high production periods.
