Key Responsibilities
Collect and inspect
RM & FG samples
from production and stores on a daily basis.
Perform
random quality checks
to ensure consistent product quality.
Verify sample details (product name, batch no., quantity) and authorize RM inspection.
Conduct laboratory testing as per
SOPs
after stabilizing samples at required temperature and maintain raw data.
Prepare
COA
after approval of test results by QA Head.
Report out-of-specification results to Production, QA Head, and Operations.
Support
internal and external calibration
of QC instruments.
Perform
stability testing
as per schedule.
Verify
BMR details
, RM batch numbers, validity, and production area conditions.
Ensure
GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance
on the shop floor.
