We are looking for Quality Analyst who is responsible for ensuring process quality, driving performance improvement, and supporting operational excellence and supervision the day-to-day execution of coding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in client calls to understand process and quality requirements
Develop and implement methods to achieve quality targets
Identify errors with high inspection efficiency
Generate daily QA reports and meet internal/external SLAs
Provide daily feedback through face-to-face discussions and emails
Must Have Skills
Experience In Healthcare
Experience In Quality Control (On Paper)
