Overview:

Seeking Quality Control Sr. Manager/AGM (15-20 years exp.) for precision machining/automotive/hydraulic assembly at MIDC Hingna, Nagpur.

B.E.

in Mechanical/Industrial is required. Lead plant QC, ISO certifications, supplier development, NPD, customer complaints, and process improvements.

Expertise:

Six Sigma, PFMEA/PPAP, Minitab/SPC, machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall Plant Quality Control and Testing Drive and Maintain Certifications - ABYC / ISO10592 / ISO9001 Manage Quality Manuals and Documentation Monitor Supplier Quality, Performance, and Lead Supplier Development Ensure Quality for New Product Development and Launch Handle Customer Complaints, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, and Implement Corrective Actions. Drive Process Improvements and Enhance Process Capability Ensure All Quality Documentation and Audit Compliance

Ideal Background:

Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial/ Related Field) Industry Preference: Precision Machining / Automotive / Hydraulic Pump Assembly Experience: 15 to 20 years

Technical Competencies:

Six Sigma Certification and Implementation Experience Strong Strategic Leadership Abilities PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plans / PPAP / Work Instructions Expertise Proficiency in Minitab, SPC, R&R Studies, Pareto Analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong Knowledge of Machining / GDC / Powder Coating Processes
