Ensure product quality as per internal standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor compliance with applicable food / herbal / Ayurvedic manufacturing regulations
Maintain and update quality documents, records, and registers
Coordinate with production, labelling, and store teams for quality control
Handle internal quality checks and support inspections or audits
Address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Science, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or related field
Basic knowledge of GMP and quality systems
Attention to detail and good documentation skills
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Malayalam)
