Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Raw Material and Finished Product Testing



Perform

physicochemical analysis

of raw materials, intermediates, and finished nutraceutical products. Conduct tests for

assay (potency), purity, moisture content, pH, and microbial limits

. Use instruments such as: HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) UV-Vis Spectrophotometer FTIR GC (Gas Chromatography) TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography)

2. Stability and Shelf-Life Studies



Perform

stability testing

as per ICH guidelines. Record and analyze stability data to determine product shelf life.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping



Maintain all

test records, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and logbooks

. Prepare and review

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

and

STPs (Standard Testing Procedures)

. Ensure compliance with

GMP documentation practices

.

4. Quality Assurance Support



Coordinate with the

QA department

for deviation reporting, change control, and CAPA implementation. Participate in

internal audits

and

regulatory inspections

.

5. Method Development & Validation



Develop and validate new analytical methods for ingredients and formulations as required. Ensure analytical methods are

accurate, precise, specific, and robust

.

6. Regulatory & Compliance



Ensure testing and reporting comply with

FSSAI,WHO, or ISO

guidelines (as applicable). Stay updated on

nutraceutical regulations

and testing standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
