Quality Chemist
with prior experience in the
FMCG Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
? To ensure all on line product quality testing as per BIS Guidelines.
? Overall responsibility for all quality control & assurance activities in the plant.
? Responsibility for monitoring, maintaining and improvement of the plant QM rating results.
? Direct responsibility for the conformance of specification of the finished goods leaving the plant.
? Direct responsibility for availability, issue of raw & packaging material specifications.
? To monitor & ensure quality of Raw, Soft and Treated Water.
? To ensure the effectiveness of inspection operations .
? To ensure and monitor Ozonator , Blow molding & filling operation.
? Overall responsibility for monitoring the conducting of required tests on raw, packaging materials, WTP and finished product at the specified frequencies.
? Overall responsibility for implementation of GMP, HK & pest-control activities in the plant.
? Direct responsibility for implementation of an effective internal audit program.
? Direct responsibility for production identification and traceability.
? Direct responsibility to adhere to the external testing calendar of plants for various areas as per company and legal standards.
? To ensure cleaning and sanitation of line equipment.
? To monitor Blow Molding operation as per requirement and standards of company and suppliers.
? To ensure date coding and net content compliance as per company and regulatory standard.
? To perform product release testing as per company and statutory requirement.
? To Perform Market samples analysis and Shelf life analysis as per the requirement.
? To maintain all the related documents & records.? To monitor and coordinate all the Q.A. related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master /Graduate in chemistry/ Food Science with two year of minimum experience in Packaged drinking /Natural Mineral water Industry.
