- Lab Quality Check Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused professional to join our Optical Lab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all spectacles and optical products meet the highest standards of accuracy and finish before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

:

Inspect finished lenses, frames, and spectacles processed in the optical lab (edging, fitting, coating, tinting, etc.) against the patient's prescription. Verify lens power accuracy using a lensometer and other lab instruments, ensuring alignment with the prescription. Check frame fitting, lens centering, alignment, and proper mounting. Conduct surface inspections for scratches, cracks, coating defects, and polish quality. Ensure all spectacles comply with optical standards and customer specifications. Monitor lab processes to identify and minimize errors, rework, and product rejection. Maintain accurate records of daily quality checks and generate QC reports. Ensure calibration and cleanliness of all quality control instruments. Prepare and publish monthly Quality MIS reports based on daily inspections. Personally sign off all inspected spectacles with a "QC OK" tag.
