Job Description

The Quality Checker is responsible for inspecting shoe soles during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. The role focuses on checking material quality, finishing, strength, and defects before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect shoe soles for defects such as cracks, bubbles, uneven finishing, or color variation Check sole size, shape, thickness, and weight as per specifications Ensure proper bonding, strength, and flexibility of soles Monitor production process to maintain quality standards Identify defective products and report issues to the supervisor Maintain quality records and inspection reports Ensure compliance with company quality and safety guidelines Support continuous improvement in manufacturing quality Experience in footwear or sole industry preferred

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
